- A passenger who because of his/her disability or limited mobility needs help on the airport should notify on this fact while booking or purchasing a ticket. Such a notification already at the airport may require the longer time of awaiting for the assistance than when the notification is earlier.
- The type and scope of the provided assistance depends on the level of disability of the passenger.
