Air Baltic : Special assistance - Extra services / PETC Transportation
Only dogs and cats may be transported in cabin or in aircraft hold, effective as of 24JUL17.
If transportation of any other animals is requested, passengers must contact Cargo companies directly to clarify details, restrictions and costs.
PETC may be transported only in liquid-proof boxes and bags designated specially for this purpose (Sherpa bags), which must be provided by the passenger himself and in which the pet must be kept during the whole flight.
Maximum dimensions for PETC are 55x40x23cm and maximum weight is 8kg (pet together with box/bag). If exceeding dimensions or weight, pet must be transported in bagagge compartment (AVIH).
Only one PETC container is permitted per passenger and max 3 pet-in-cabin containers are accepted per flight (or 2 pet-in-cabin containers + 1 service animal).
